I love the feel of it as it is so warm and soft unlike anything else I own. However most swimmers have a broader shoulder. Please could you replicate this in the fit? I have had to size up just to fit my shoulders (and I am not that wide!) My usual size actually fit perfectly everywhere else and the larger size feels too big around the back and waist. I have kept the larger size as it is so soft and warm however a better bit would be warmer!
If you are redesigning please could you consider the zip to come up to the chin please. It would be such a lovely feature so I don’t have to hold it in place (hands are needed for the hot drink and hot water bottle!!)

Amazingly warm and comfy. Perfect for after a swim or to keep warm on a summer evening in Scotland. Sized up larger than I was expecting. I went 12/14 and am usually a 12 based on other comments and it’s not a tight fit but a good size for throwing on top of other layers. Also nice big pockets. Overall definitely worth the money 😀

I have a few super warm lined hoodies like this so had always felt like I didn’t need this, but once it arrived and I put it on I’m sorry I hadn’t gotten it sooner. The lining is really soft and warm and the pockets have zips so no more dropping keys out of the pockets while shivering post swim. I love the colour too as most of my bottoms are in darker colours so it goes well with everything the hood is nice and warm too which is just so cosy for any time not just post swim. Thanks for making such a great warm top, I got a size M and am usually an M it’s perfect for me and how I like to wear it.
I recently ordered a Sherpa and a sweatshirt from Selkie. Before I explain why I gave Selkie a single star for my recent purchase with you, I would like to note all of the things Selkie got right. First, the customer service I got from Harry, your sales rep, was excellent. Second, I like the looks of the product; it is attractive and stylish. Third, the quality of the workmanship on the Sherpa seemed very good. However, Selkie was not able to provide me with the garments in my size, which I found quite surprising. For a sweatshirt or hoodie, I usually wear either a size L or XL. The XL garments I received from you were much much too small for me, and I had to return them at great expense (77 dollars). I will admit that your website stated that it would be better to order one size up, so I have to share the blame in that. However, Harry sent me a photo of the XL size Sherpa laid over an XXL size, and it is clear that the XXL size is only minimally larger than the XL size, and that it too would not fit me. Once again, I like the product itself. I am just disappointed that Selkie is not manufacturing them in my size.
On your website, you should probably recommend to your customers that they order two sizes up. One size up for me would be an XXL, and it would never fit me.

Garments must be unwashed and unworn, drink containers unused, products that are sold sealed must still have the original seal intact. Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on costumes, jammers and other such garments unless the hygiene strip is completely intact and in place. Please take reasonable care of the products you purchased while they are in your possession you may of course try them on as you would in a retail store but the original tags and stickers should be left in place.
We suggest that you return the item(s) in the original shipping box using the returns label you will find on the invoice that accompanies your delivery. If you don’t have that paperwork please arrange to ship to the address below:

We will only refund any shipping costs, including the cost of returning your goods, if we shipped an incorrect product or the product is found to have a genuine fault or is otherwise imperfect. Unsuitable wear or intentional damage will not be regarded as a fault. If you are claiming that your purchase was faulty we will inspect your returned item(s) and let you know with 10 days whether we agree or if we regard the product as not faulty.
If you wish to simply exchange your product we will ship the replacement product free of charge.
